- Although the number of Covid cases has declined, we will continue to enforce our final sale policy. This not only protects our customers, but also protects the quality of our clothing as washing between each customer could damage it. Please ensure that all of your sizing and shipping information is correct before placing your order.
We only allow exchanges for a different size on items under $100.
- We must be notified within 24 hours of delivery
- Item must be returned unworn with tags still attached within 3 business days.
- If a bigger/smaller size is not available or the item is sold out, then store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card. Failure to notify us within 24 hours of delivery or failure to return the item within 3 business days will result in a denial for an exchange.
Please check size charts for the best fit. We are not responsible for problems due to sizing (tears/rips on the fabric).
All items are inspected before shipping out. Products made with metal/rhinestones fabric are very fragile so please handle with care.
Please do not pull on the dresses. Doing so will most likely make the dress stretch or tear and make it unwearable.
