FAQ’s

I forgot to use my discount code while checking out. Can I apply it after my purchase? 
  • Email us within 24 hours of placing your order and provide your order number. We will apply the discount code to your order. The discount code must have been active at the time you placed your order.

My card was charged, but my order did not go through. Will I get my money back?

  • If your card was charged but the order did not go through then the funds from your account will bounce back. There is no need to email us. This process may take up to 48 hours.

I accidentally purchased the wrong size, can I update it?

  • If the order has not yet shipped, email us as soon as possible so that we can update the size. If the order has already shipped you must email us within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for an exchange. Failure to do this will result in the denial of an exchange.

My package says it was delivered, but I haven’t received anything?

  • If USPS or UPS Tracking Information says they have delivered your package, but you have not yet received them, please confirm your address that you provided us, and check around your neighborhood in case another home received it by mistake. If you are still unable to locate your package, you must contact USPS or UPS to discuss the issue and file a claim with them. Once your item is with the carrier it is out of our control. Please contact USPS or UPS for any updates or information regarding your delivery/claim.
